Urban Outfitters Opening :: Fort Worth

Well it has been a minute since Urban Outfitters opened in Fort Worth, but we’ve had a lot going on in our lives since then and are just getting around to posting these! It was a really fun night at the UO opening, full of PBR, live music, and eye candy. If you haven’t popped by the store at the corner of Foch Street and West 7th, you must take a looksy. I love how they flipped the space, giving your shopping experience an intimate feel with lower ceilings, and lots of nooks and crannies to explore. Unlike most Urbans, this store only carries clothing – no home goods, save for a few frames, books, and gifty items, but there are plenty of clothes to fill your UO need. As for me, I’m so glad to have an Urban in Fort Worth – dangerously close to my house, I might add – it sure does fill my shopping cravings!

Natalia’s pants are the perfect pop of color. She caught our eye at a recent store opening party. Amongst a haze of stylish folk, Natalia’s blue pants and that amazing top were an easy spot in the crowd. To top it off, her adorable pixie cut and perfect accessories gave this stylish look a finishing touch. Natalia is the perfect example of how to mix, match and layer jewelry. Don’t you just love those layered necklaces?

Taylor :: Marfa, TX

It’s time I finally introduce y’all to Taylor. On my most recent trip to Marfa, I met Taylor immediately upon checking into our hotel and proceeded to have a most memorable night together around town. There is nothing like traveling, meeting strangers, and great conversation. Taylor is a Dallas native, who came to Marfa by way of NYC – where he attends school.

Within 5 minutes of meeting Taylor I asked to take his picture – Taylor thanks for being such a good sport – because I was admittedly so drawn to his shoes. I had a pair so similar to them when I was young and it made me wax nostalgic over those good ol’ days. Nevermind his chic frames or tailored shirt. It was all about those shoes.

Taylor, thank you for being a great Marfa friend and model for Mosey!

Brandi was a beacon of light and style in West Village on a recent shopping trip – from her striped Henri Bendel bag to her glittered finger tips – this girl has it going on.

It was lunchtime downtown, and the streets were filled with business professionals scrambling to find a quick lunch and get back to work. There wasn’t a lot to look at as far as fashions go, until we spotted Lou about a block away. How could you miss that pop of color and gorgeous red hair? Her outfit has a wonderful simplicity to it – bold dress, great shoes, go-to bag. All a girl needs.

It was early. And Anna and I needed our morning coffee fix. The Highland Park Village Starbucks is always a great people-watching post, and this morning did not disappoint. In line, we spotted Lauren and were drawn to the simple sophistication of her outfit and effortless hair and make up. Such a fresh face! What I love most about Lauren’s outfit is that a wonderful, basic dress can be styled in many ways – and the way she wrapped that belt around her waist makes for an interesting focal point in her look. And like a true blue Texan woman, I love her “swears by” – teased hair. God bless Texas!

One last post from FNO – there was so much good stuff out and about we’ve got one more look to share! Caitlin and Amy were two friends with such cute style we just had to stop them. What we loved most about their looks after we stopped them is that we learned that they had a great mix of affordable pieces in their outfits – and they looked totally luxe. We also loved Caitlin’s top knot, and I adored Amy’s really rad wrist tattoo. These girls were individuals, and we loved that about them!
